Edge bander maintenance, calibration and installation
Most breakdowns start as small problems that a regular check would have caught. I offer preventive maintenance and calibration for edge banders, and installation and start-up of new, used or relocated machines.

Keep the machine running, not just repaired
Preventive maintenance
Inspection, cleaning, lubrication points and wear parts checked before they fail.
Calibration
Units set back to specification for the edge material you run.
Glue unit service
Cleaning, heater and temperature checks, and application set-up.
Installation and start-up
New or used machines connected, set up and run in with your panels.
Relocation
Checks before a move and full set-up after it.
Advice on used machines
A practical opinion on condition before you buy or sell.
A planned visit costs less than a breakdown
An edge bander that stops in a busy week stops the whole shop. A short check-up when the machine is quiet usually costs far less than an emergency repair — and it gives you time to order parts before they fail.
After seeing your machine and how many shifts it runs, I can suggest a maintenance schedule that fits it.

Frequently asked
How often should an edge bander be serviced?
It depends on how many hours the machine runs and what it runs. After seeing the machine, I suggest a schedule that fits your workload.
Do you install machines that were bought used?
Yes. Used and relocated machines are set up, checked and run in, and I tell you about anything that needs attention.
Can maintenance be done outside production hours?
Planned visits can be scheduled around your production as much as possible. Call to arrange a time.
Machine down? Get in touch.
Call or text with the machine brand and model and what it is doing. A photo of the name plate and a short video of the fault help a lot. Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
On site across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, Langley and Abbotsford — and across British Columbia by arrangement. Farsi-speaking clients are welcome.
